In this page we give any psychological indications for the military and their families. We are currently living in unprecedented times, in conditions the majority of us are unlikely to have experienced. These have resulted in the closure of shops, freedom of movement restricted, being confined to our homes and our projects delayed whilst the Italian institutions are striving to prevent and stem the consequences of COVID-19. At this time it is more important than ever to preserve physical and mental health. This handbook aims to provide food for thought and the promotion of good practices to get through this period.
