The Commander of NRDC-ITA meets the Bulgarian consular representation, one important contributing nation of the NATO Rapid Deployable Corps - Italy

Solbiate Olona, July 22, 2020. Today, at the operational headquarters of NATO Rapid Deployable Corps-Italy, a meeting took place between Lieutenant General Guglielmo Luigi Miglietta and Mrs. Tanya Dimitrova, Consul General of Bulgaria.

The event allowed both sides to update on the current situation and assess the impact of the Alliance actions for the benefit of member countries. Furthermore, the meeting was invaluable in strengthening ties with Bulgaria, which provides NRDC-ITA since 2005 with staff that guarantee their support to all the activities carried out by the Headquarters.

For NRDC-ITA, therefore, the meetings with international institutions and organizations continue in order to enhance the already good relationships in place. These opportunities of mutual support are of paramount importance for  the NATO Command to confirm its role as an organization ready and able to support the policies of the Alliance.
