SOLBIATE OLONA (VA), 19th December 2016. Last Friday, "Ugo Mara" barracks, headquarters of the NATO Rapid Deployable Corps Italy (NRDC-ITA), welcomed children of soldiers serving in the base and depending units to celebrate Christmas.
Organized by NRDC-ITA Moral & Welfare Agency in collaboration with the NIWIC (NRDC-ITA International Women's Club), the "Christmas for children" event, represented an excellent opportunity to integrate families of the international community of the "Ugo Mara" barracks and depending units.
The work environment of the NRDC-ITA is characterized by a high degree of diversity, which is the natural outcome of the varied geographical provenance of the personnel, originating from twelve different countries. This diversity can be considered the true added value of the Corps.
NRDC-ITA International Women's Club (NIWIC), setted up with the aim to integrate the international community present in Solbiate Olona and to volunteer with charitable purposes.
